Best Mileage Tracking Apps for Flex

Managing your miles has never been easier with all the mileage tracking apps available. As a Flexer you’ll want to get one of these to help with taxes and to protect yourself from the big’ol bad IRS. So many choices which apps are good for Amazon Flex? Read on my friend! We did a little research comparing what other Flexers prefer and what the internet is saying. Here’s our top choices.

1) MileIQ:

We like MileIQ because it simple. No hassle automatic tracking of miles. The app will run in the background and do it’s thing. Out of sight out of mind open it when you need it.

Setting this app up is really simple. It ask for a few permissions such as location. Then ask you personal questions about your mileage tracking preferences. With a few clicks your done and ready to start tracking those miles. With MileIQ you can classify your drives, personal or business, with a quick swipe to the right or left. Like Tinder but for miles and less rejection.

2) Hurdlr:

Hurdlr is appealing from the start because it has Amazon Flex as one of the marketplace options. You can sync your bank accounts with the app and auto track income and expenses. The set up is even more simple than MileIQ and the user interface is nice.

Hurdlr will automatically track miles, business expanses, and income streams. Making it not only a mileage tracker but also a nice little budgeting app. It’ll also run in the background and do it’s thang!

3) Everlance:

This one’s at number 3 because my experience with it was annoying. It kept sending me notifications I wasn’t interested in. Though there’s probably a way to turn that off. Everlance is a good app. It does it’s job well and it’s popular.

Just like the other apps Everlance will automatically log your miles and run in the background. You can classify your trips personal or business with a swipe similar to MileIQ. You can generate reports and like Hurdlr you can link your bank accounts to track expanses. The user interface is attractive and easy to use.

4) TRIPLOG:

Coming in at number 4 not because it’s last but because its the more professional solution. We like simplicity and put those apps at the top. If you want to get down to serious business, use TRIPLOG.

The app will automate mileage tracking and allows you to monitor trips with widgets. It also has fleet management features and a lot more. User interface is not so attractive, but this app does it all.
