If you need to contact support and can’t do it through the app (it happens) use this number. They’ll ask for your email (thinking you are a customer) identify yourself as a Flex driver and they’ll be able to help.
Have TBA number of package/s ready.
Common Issues and How to Deal with them Yourself:
- Extra packages not on itinerary:
- If you catch these before the block is finished, you can scan in the packages by going to “Pick Up” on the app. Scan them in like you would at the warehouse.
- If your block completes and the itinerary closes. You’ll need to call support about the extra packages. If you plan to deliver them, save time and drive to the packages address. Then call support and they can mark it delivered for you. Make sure to stay at the location until they’re done.
Save precious time by always checking for extra packages before the last delivery.
