#4 – Marked delivered but reported not received (DNR). Inevitable happening for Flex drivers. Read more about it and how to avoid these here.

#3 – FAR less successful than other delivery partners. No bueno. This email is typically received by drivers who are often late delivering Prime Now orders. Key words here are consistent problem, there’s really no excuse for this unless it happens by mistake.

#2 – Missing scheduled blocks? A big no-no. Don’t arrive late for a shift. Drivers have reported being terminated for just one of these.

 

#1 – Violate the Amazon Flex terms of service agreement? You’re done for! Hasta la vista baby. This email is typically received when a driver uses third party methods to get blocks. Aka using hacks and auto-apps.
