Route Acceptance
Once you swipe ‘I’ve Arrived’ at the pick-up location, you are expected to accept the route that was randomly assigned to you.
If you feel the assigned packages do not safely fit in your vehicle, contact an Amazon employee at the station.
Failure to accept your assigned route may impact your future participation in the Amazon Flex program.

Amazon Flex App Self-Service
The Amazon Flex app offers self-service options for a variety of on the road issues. Here are a few tips that may help:
- Extra Package: You can manually add a package that does not appear on your itinerary in the Amazon Flex app. Check the label to validate that is part of your route. Tap ‘Help’ > Pick Up > and scan the package to add it to your itinerary. Otherwise, return the package to the original pick-up location.
- Missing Package: If you’re missing a package, tap ‘Help’ > Return Items > Package is Missing.
- Unable to Scan: If you have trouble scanning a package, tap ‘Help’ > Enter Package ID. Manually enter the Package ID or TBA and swipe to finish.
- Unable to Complete Delivery: You can retry deliveries with the Amazon Flex app. If you have time left at the end of your block and you would like to retry a delivery, go to Itinerary > tap ‘List’ > select the delivery > tap ‘Retry Delivery.’ The app will navigate you to the delivery address.
