Amazon Flex Terminated Tuesday – #3 Appeals

TERMINATED TUESDAY!

Tune in each week for a new Terminated Tuesday.

Appeals:

There’s nothing appealing about the Amazon Flex appeal process (see what we did there?). We crack ourselves up. But in all seriousness if you find yourself terminated from Amazon Flex, you’ll have to go through the dreaded appeal process. Which basically involves sending daily emails to Amazon explaining the situation.

Where to email:

jeff@amazon.com

amazonflex-appeals@amazon.com

It’s suggested to email both of these accounts daily. Most drivers report getting either an automated canned response or no response at all at first. During the appeals process it’s important to be consistent. Explain why you should be reinstated in a professional manner. As one driver put it “Don’t be aggressive but be persistent”. Meaning don’t spam them. Send the appeal email once daily until a response from an actual person is received.

Keep your head up:

There’s several instances where drivers have been reinstated. It usually takes a couple of weeks with lots of emails to Amazon. It’s unfortunate the process is such a pain. Don’t get discouraged. If you’re a good driver and have been wrongly deactivated, keep trying and eventually you’ll be reinstated.

You dun goofed:

There’s instances where a driver has been deactivated and there’s a very low percentage of being reinstated. These include missed blocks, damaging customer property, and inappropriate behavior. It’s common sense stuff. No lectures here. Keep it professional at all times. The truly good drivers always get reinstated. The bad ones go on to curse Amazon on public forums.

Good luck out there. Appreciate ya.
