A common question among new drivers is “Why’s my money not showing in the earnings tab”. Fair question, new drivers expect to see earnings right away after completing a block. There’s no need to fret. You see, regardless on when you finish a block, the earnings will not show until the end of the block time.
Example:
You’ve grabbed a 10am – 2pm block that looks something like this:
Start and end time
10:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Pay $72
Location and other information
Jeff Bezo’s House
123 Fake Street
The part in red (end time) is when you should expect to see the payment information in the earnings tab. It doesn’t matter how early the block is completed. Earnings will show after the end time of the block.
Payment Pending:
Now that you’ve got the earning showing, it says “payment pending” whats the deal with that? Amazon Flex drivers get paid Tuesdays and Fridays. It usually shows in the account same day. Depending on the bank it may take longer. Amazon sends out an email on paydays titled “Your payment from Amazon Flex is on the way”.
The block end time past and still no payment in Earnings:
This will happen on occasion. It’s very rare and Amazon support is quick to remedy the issue. If you’ve waited a few minutes after the blocks end time and the earnings are still not showing, go ahead and email Amazon Flex support. They will look into the account and fix the problem.
