One of the most time consuming aspects of the job, sorting through all those packages. Thankfully Amazon has added package details in the app for each stop. We did a review on this recently here.
Since then Amazon has added a small but oh-so helpful change to the feature. Box and envelope differentiation! Package size is great. But when an a box or envelope are both listed as small to medium it isn’t very helpful. As you see with the image above the package type along with the size is now listed. This saves so much time with sorting.
You ever get a ton of envelopes in a route? And with each stop you have to sort through each one? I know that I have, and it’s brutal. With package details in the Amazon Flex app I don’t have to do all that anymore.
Save Time:
A large box, got it. Thanks to this feature I can ignore all those godforsaken envelopes on this stop.
Boom! found it. On to the next stop.

Package Type Not Always Listed:
XL’s can be assumed to be a box.
Medium and small can be either. We’re still looking for those packages.
